Questions
Is the price final?
This is an estimate based on your selected windows, sides and visit preferences. Sample rates are clearly marked. We confirm access, scope and the full price with you before booking.
Do I need to be home?
For inside cleaning, yes, someone needs to let us in. For outside only, you don't, as long as we can reach the back of the house.
What is included?
The estimate lists the glass and sides you choose, optional fly screens or door tracks and one call-out. We agree the full scope, including frames and sills, before the visit.
Which areas do you cover?
Cork city and about 20 km around it, including Douglas, Ballincollig, Glanmire, Carrigaline, Blarney and Midleton.
When do I pay?
After the clean. There's no prepayment.
