We welcome honest feedback, whether your experience was good or disappointing. Reviews are optional and are never rewarded with gifts or discounts.
How we check
Our team records a completed job and confirms its reference, date and services. The customer receives a unique review link. One link can submit one review for that job. “Completed job confirmed by our team” describes this manual check; it is not independent verification or proof of payment. A forwarded link cannot independently prove the writer’s identity.
What we publish
Publication is optional. The box is never pre-selected. With permission, we publish your rating, original words, chosen public name, service categories and review date. Without permission, feedback stays private. We check every review for personal information, spam, abuse or an unrelated experience using the same rules for every star rating. We do not edit a customer’s words or exclude a review because it is critical. You may choose “Customer” instead of your name.
Ratings and selected reviews
The site summary includes all published reviews, including rating-only reviews and critical feedback. Private feedback and content excluded for the reasons above are not included. A service summary includes reviews of jobs containing that service. Selected reviews may appear near an estimate; they are labelled and link to all reviews and the relevant summary. Our site rating is separate from Google and Facebook.
Your choice of platform
Available external review links are the same for everyone, before and after leaving feedback, regardless of their rating. You choose whether to post through your own platform account. Saving here does not post to Google or Facebook. We do not currently import their reviews or send automatic reminders. Clicking a link does not prove a review was posted.
Feedback privacy
Trusted Property Care by Happy & Help uses feedback to respond to customers and, only with permission, display it on this website. Feedback and the completed-job reference are stored using Cloudflare. This form does not ask for your phone number, full address, payment details or photos. Please leave other people’s personal details out of your comment. No advertising trackers, analytics or tracking cookies are added to these pages.
Keep your personal review link private. It expires for new submissions after 30 days, but you can use it later to withdraw permission for publication. You can also request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@happyhelp.ie with your job reference. We keep feedback while needed to respond or, with permission, display it, and review it when permission is withdrawn or deletion is requested. We currently manage those requests manually. This describes the feedback feature; it does not replace the wider business privacy notice.
